It was an active and wet start to the Summer Term for 18 intrepid Sixth Formers who travelled to the Lake District for their Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award practice expedition. Our pupils completed a challenging four day expedition, spending three nights under canvas and covered more than 60 kilometres, often in driving rain.
