RH7 International Club
At Radnor House Sevenoaks, we warmly welcome families from around the globe.
Our school takes pride in fostering a strong sense of community, built on close connections between our staff and families. For children relocating from overseas, we understand the unique challenges that come with such a move, and we work closely with international families to ensure a smooth transition into the UK school system.
Our diverse, multicultural community offers students the opportunity to enrich their learning experience by interacting with peers from different cultures, languages, and customs. Our teaching staff is well-versed in supporting children who are new to the UK, with a deep understanding of both the emotional and educational needs involved in settling into a new country.
In addition to supporting our international students, we also extend our care to the entire family through our International Club. This welcoming group consists of parents from various backgrounds—some who have relocated from abroad, others who have returned to the UK, or who have moved to the Sevenoaks area from within the country.
The International Club meets regularly to provide mutual support and to help new families settle into both the school and the local community. The club also operates a “buddy” system, allowing prospective international families to ask questions about transitioning to life in the UK and to receive practical advice on navigating the UK school system.
