Sports at Radnor House

Participation in sports is a fundamental part of the educational experience at Radnor House Sevenoaks, embodying our core values.

Our extensive sporting programme offers pupils numerous opportunities to develop diverse skills across a range of sports, fostering a strong sporting culture that encourages a lifelong love of physical activity and promotes both physical and mental wellbeing.

At Radnor House, we champion inclusive sports while also providing pathways for exceptional athletes to excel through our elite A teams, pre-season programmes, and sports scholarship initiatives. We uphold a gender-equal approach, ensuring that all boys and girls have equal opportunities in our focus sports: hockey, football, cricket, and swimming.

To enhance our sports programmes, we have appointed directors to lead coaching in each focus sport, ensuring that students receive top-tier coaching and ample opportunities for development throughout their time at Radnor.

The sports curriculum is delivered by specialist teachers and overseen by our Director of Sport, Mr. Tom Butt, who supervises our student's sporting progression across the entire school.
