Sixth Form Life

At Radnor House, we work with every Sixth Form student to achieve, if not exceed, their potential.

The Radnor House Sevenoaks Sixth Form offers a first-class academic education alongside an outstanding co-curricular and enrichment programme. We aim to develop our students into ambitious and highly employable young men and women who have what it takes to become the leaders of the future.

The Radnor House Sixth Form Diploma

Sixth Form pupils follow the EDGE model, which incorporates the key opportunities, values, aims, and activities of the Sixth Form:

Students track their progress from Pass, Merit, to Distinction, developing the key skills for being successful Sixth Form students and gathering evidence to help with Personal Statements, UCAS, or job applications, akin to the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Co-Curricular Programme

At Radnor House Sevenoaks, we ensure pupils leave as well-rounded and confident young people, prepared for the wider world. The co-curricular programme offers a variety of sports, music, drama, debating, Young Enterprise, and Duke of Edinburgh activities, fostering skills in teamwork, presentation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and finance. The Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award is open to all Sixth Form students, even if they haven't completed the Bronze or Silver Awards. Year 12 students also complete 1-2 hours of community service each week at a local charity.

PSHCE+C

Our sixth form-specific PSHCE+C programme is designed to ensure personal well-being, tailored to your needs and interests. It provides essential knowledge to develop your attitudes and understanding of the world, helping you contribute to a tolerant, caring community while maintaining individuality and ambition.

Lecture and Seminar Series

Sixth Formers are expected to attend fortnightly lectures and seminars, which prepare them for university and broaden their educational outlooks.

At Radnor House, we are committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow through a comprehensive and enriching Sixth Form experience.
