The Purpose of the Role

Are you a teaching assistant with an interest in working 1:1 with a child who has SEND and who passionately believes in the limitless potential of children and the critical role adults play in this journey of self-realisation?
Radnor House Sevenoaks is seeking to employ such an individual to join us as a 1:1 SEND teaching assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person who can support a pupil with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) through the Prep School. 

 

We require a candidate who can:

  1. Confidently support a child who has SEND in all aspects of the school day including with their personal care. 
  2. Work positively and constructively within their team and with other colleagues. 
  3. Think creatively and imaginatively, investigate, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
  4. Promote our core values of excellence, respect, courage, and perseverance.
