Exciting New A Level Courses Launching in September 2025: Media Studies, Business, and Economics
Radnor House Sevenoaks expands its curriculum with three future-focused A Level courses, preparing students for the challenges of the modern world.
In an effort to offer students more opportunities to prepare for the rapidly changing world, We are proud to announce the introduction of three new A Level courses: Economics, Media Studies, and Business starting in September 2025. These courses will help students build vital skills for higher education and their future careers.“We’re thrilled to offer these new courses that reflect the evolving demands of both higher education and the workforce” said Mr Paton. “Our A Level courses in Economics, Media Studies, and Business are designed to equip students with the knowledge, critical thinking, and practical skills needed to thrive in today’s world.”
- A Level Economics
The new A Level Economics course will replace ‘Economics B’ and is tailored for students who want to understand how the world’s economies work. This course encourages students to apply economic theory to real-world problems, examining both local and global issues such as inflation, unemployment, and international trade. It’s an excellent choice for students aiming for careers in finance, government, or international relations.
- A Level Media Studies
The A Level Media Studies course will offer students the chance to learn how the media shapes the world and our understanding of it. From analysing film and television to producing their own media campaigns, students will gain practical experience that bridges the gap between GCSE iMedia and the dynamic fields of media production, journalism, and digital marketing.
- A Level Business
For aspiring entrepreneurs and future business leaders, the A Level Business course will cover essential areas such as finance, marketing, and operations.
