Radnor House Runners Shine at ISA London South Cross Country Championships

On Friday 7 February, a determined group of Radnor House runners braved the bitter cold, mud, and sleet to compete in the ISA London South Cross Country Championships in Ashurst, Surrey. The challenging conditions were no match for our talented athletes, who delivered outstanding performances across the board.
The Year 7 boys' race set the tone for the day, with Sam P taking an early lead and never looking back, securing a Gold medal in dominant fashion. Luca W followed with an exceptional run of his own, battling through the field to claim Bronze in third place.
Next up, the Year 7 girls took to the course, where Sophie F demonstrated her resilience and racing prowess, finishing in an impressive 2nd place to take home the Silver medal.
In the Inter Boys' category, Ethan B put in a remarkable performance, fending off a late surge in the final straight to secure another Silver medal for Radnor House.
Beyond the medal winners, several Radnor athletes secured top 10 finishes, earning a coveted spot at the ISA National Cross Country Championships in Kirkby, Leicestershire, on 9 March.

We are incredibly proud to announce the following qualifiers:
🔹 Year 7 Boys: Sam P (1st), Luca W (3rd)
🔹 Year 7 Girls: Sophie F (2nd), Isabelle P (6th), Lauren C (8th)
