School Community Unites for Poignant Remembrance Day Service
School Community Unites for Remembrance Day Service
On Monday 11th November, the school gathered together for Remembrance Day service at 11:00 am.
The occasion was marked by the presence of Stephen French, an exceptional military bugler, whose stirring rendition of The Last Post brought a great sense of reverence to the event.
Students and staff alike listened attentively as speakers, thoughtfully selected from across the school, delivered heartfelt tributes. Their words reflected on the courage and sacrifice of those who have served and continue to serve, as well as those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms.
The atmosphere was one of solemnity and respect, with the school community coming together to honor the great formality of the day. The ceremony served as a powerful reminder of the enduring importance of remembrance, inspiring reflection and gratitude in all who attended.
This annual tradition continues to hold a special place in the hearts of our school, uniting us in collective tribute and ensuring that the sacrifices of the past are never forgotten.
